At Celestial Holidays, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we aim to make your booking experience as flexible and hassle-free as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
Cancellation by the Traveler:
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or phone at least 15 days prior to your scheduled departure date. And a cancellation fee may be chargeable.
Cancellation by Celestial Holidays:
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable factors, we will provide a full refund of the tour cost or offer an alternative tour date, whichever is preferred by the traveler.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request, issued in the same form of payment used for the initial booking. Please note that any bank charges incurred for the refund will be borne by the traveler.
Change of Tour Dates:
In case you need to change your tour dates, please inform us at least 15 days prior to the originally scheduled departure date, subject to availability, with any change potentially incurring additional charges based on the availability and seasonality of the tour.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of luggage.
Force Majeure:
Celestial Holidays shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or strikes.
